ProjectMinder — Privacy Policy (Stub)

ProjectMinder is currently in development. This page is a stub policy to document the intended privacy posture ahead of release.

Overview

ProjectMinder is designed to be on-device first. Your project data is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud synchronisation.

PendSoft does not sell personal data, does not use advertising, and does not use marketing trackers or profiling technologies.

Data you create

ProjectMinder is expected to store the information you enter into the app, such as projects, phases, milestones, tasks, notes, and preferences.

This data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data will be stored in your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit.

Third-party services

ProjectMinder may use privacy-focused third-party services similar to other PendSoft products, such as:

• Apple (iCloud sync and in-app purchases)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• TelemetryDeck (anonymous usage analytics)

If these services are used, they will not receive your project content.

Changes to this policy

This policy will be expanded and updated before ProjectMinder ships. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
